About our mission
Speiro is a newly established Christian not-for-profit dedicated to strengthening small village churches and supporting vulnerable communities in India. Through trusted local partnerships, we provide practical resources, community support, and leadership empowerment in areas facing poverty, pressure, and limited access to basic needs. Our focus is long-term impact growing generations of hope through faithful and transparent giving.
A message from our founder
My name is Sibi and I founded Speiro with a deep conviction, to grow generations of hope through act of giving.
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of serving people through pastoral care, disability support, and community outreach in Australia. Through these experiences, I have learned that true transformation doesn’t happen through short-term aid alone. It happens when local leaders are strengthened and communities are empowered from within.
As I remained connected to small village churches in India, I became increasingly aware of the pressures many of them face persecution, poverty, and isolation. Yet despite limited resources, these churches continue to serve as anchors of faith, care, and stability in their communities.
Speiro was born from a desire to stand with them.
My heart is not simply to meet immediate needs, but to invest in long-term impact equipping small village churches so they can serve, protect, disciple, and uplift not just individuals, but entire families and future generations.
I believe every seed sown today carries the potential to shape tomorrow.

At this stage, Speiro is a mission-based non-profit initiative and donations are not tax-deductible. We are committed to transparency and clear communication as we continue to grow and formalise our structure.
Speiro maintains direct communication with Grace Home leadership and reviews operational needs regularly. We prioritise transparency, responsible stewardship, and ethical representation of the children and community we support. Updates will be shared with donors as the project progresses.
